Some racks can experience more than twice the strength and ruggedness by simply installing Spacer Blanks at regular intervals. We recommend installing either server rack accessories or a spacer blank at least every 8U Spaces (17.5") for racks over 12U. Our Spacer Blanks are constructed from heavy 14-gauge steel and individually formed by coining each bend, which adds as much as five times the product strength. Each corner also features radius corners for optimal safety and handling.
